NIPPON VISIONS AUDIENCE AWARD ½
For the tenth time, the audience can vote for their favorite film in the NIPPON VISIONS AUDIENCE AWARD competition. The award is donated by the Japanisches Kultur- und Sprachzentrum in Frankfurt and comes with an endowment of € 2,000. The Japanisches Kultur- und Sprachzentrum promotes Japanese language and culture in the Rhine-Main area.
All films in the section that are at least 60 minutes long, have at least their German premiere at the festival, and were either produced in Japan or made by Japanese directors since 2023 are eligible for the competition.
